Sales Channel Expert

Overview

Our Client is a tech company that leverages artificial intelligence to create realistic virtual personas for multiple purposes. They are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Channel Expert to drive growth by acquiring new partners and customers, strengthening existing relationships, and collecting actionable insights to improve our product offering and market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner Acquisition : Identify and onboard new partners within designated channels to expand customer reach. Attract new customers through both existing and emerging partner networks.
• Partner Relationship Management : Maintain strong relationships with current partners and address any issues or concerns they may have. Collaborate with partners to maximize customer acquisition and engagement from their networks.
• Customer Onboarding : Work closely with partners to identify and convert potential customers. Guide new users through the product setup and ensure all relevant information is captured accurately.
• Customer Management & Support : Oversee and manage both new and existing customer accounts to ensure data completeness and platform adoption. Train users on how to effectively use the tool.
• Market Feedback & Competitive Insights : Gather continuous feedback from partners and customers on product features, pricing, and market needs to support strategic improvements.
