Uraian TugasBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in pre-sales or software implementation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of APIs, IoT, and cloud-based technologies. Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities :
- Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements.
- Deliver product demos, proof of concepts, and ROI analyses.
- Support onboarding, integrations, and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance features and customer experience.
- Stay updated on IoT, software architecture, and system integrations.
