Job Title : Commissioning Electrical Supervisor

Location : Indonesia (Onshore) and Romania (offshore)

What is this role? Commissioning Electrical Supervisor responsible for safe commissioning, start-up and maintenance execution of electrical equipment, compliant with HSE rules, legislative regulations and international standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe commissioning, start-up and maintenance execution of Electrical equipment, compliant with HSE rules, legislative regulations and international standards.
• Supervise the execution of electrical works, both performed by subcontractors or with direct hiring.
• Set and promote Leadership in Safety attitudes.
• Provide leadership, supervision and support to team members in terms of technical and individual performance capability.
• Be responsible for supporting the close out of any gaps in the competency standards for all team members.
• Commissioning and Start-Up execution : ensure all activities comply with HSE requirements; participate in Safety Walkdowns; prepare incident reports and contribute to investigations.
• Approve work permits during the shift; ensure works are conducted in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify, report and follow up risks; control hazards to avoid damage to equipment, personnel and the environment.
• Supervise Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up activities per approved procedures and issue reports; coordinate with Specialists and Vendors.
• Coordinate the Electrical Sub-Station with the Process Area.
• Maintenance execution : ensure services comply with current HSE rules; plan preventive and corrective maintenance; coordinate contractor personnel.
• Maintenance planning : anticipate, plan and request logistical means; participate in site coordination meetings; prepare maintenance reports; manage spare parts movement; validate CMMS reports and ensure proper work history.
• Maintain reporting on maintenance progress and address difficulties; ensure contractor personnel complete handovers.
• Technical support / methods : ensure appropriateness of operating and maintenance procedures and suggest improvements; coordinate between maintenance operations and preparation teams; maintain lists of works that require inspections or shutdowns; manage modification study requests; propose corrective measures for backlog; anticipate potential plant problems.
• Team leadership : organize rotation schedules; identify training needs; support nationalization plans; propose appraisal and competence assessments; coach and mentor technicians on attitudes and behaviours.
• HSE : demonstrate commitment to safety; enforce safety regulations; implement controls to mitigate risks; monitor performance and compliance with safe work practices.
