Job Responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Support : Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and key messaging for new and existing products.
  • Market & Competitor Research : Conduct market trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insight gathering to support product planning and campaigns, including market surveys.
  • Campaign Execution : Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement online and offline marketing activities, events, and promotions.
  • Content Development : Support in product copywriting, presentation decks (PPT / Keynote), and paperwork for new product launches and product-related activities.
  • Performance Tracking : Assist in collecting and analyzing campaign performance data, preparing reports, and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with sales, PR, e-commerce, and social media teams, project teams, creative teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and well-executed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in consumer electronics, smartphones, and AIoT products.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with digital marketing tools.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
