Responsibilities
- Daily account of stock for installation jobs
- Issue of stock record for technicians
- Order of product from headquarters (overseas) to replenish old stock
- Submit weekly / monthly summary stock reports
- Raise purchase orders / requests (for overseas parts)
- Work with Schedulers and Technicians as a team to ensure installation schedules are met within the timeline
- Prepare stock check list for annual stock report
