Uraian TugasBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in strategic investments, M&A and corporate development, ideally in the consumer, infrastructure and technology sector Possesses professional and extensive knowledge of M&A and company management, skilled in valuation, negotiation, funding, investment structuring Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication, presentation negotiation skills, with the ability to convey and influence complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders Strong analytical and quantitative skills Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously A passion for finance, with a strong interest in M&A and corporate strategy

Job Description
- Conduct Comprehensive Financial Analysis And Modelling To Support M&A Transactions For The Asian Region
- Develop, Maintain Existing And New Projects, Handle Asset Management And Private Equity Businesses Belonging To The Company
- Conduct Due Diligence On Potential Acquisition Targets And Assist In The Preparation Of Investment Memorandum And Presentations
- Assist In Negotiating Deal Terms, Including Valuations, Structuring, And Financing Arrangements
- Assess Industry And Conduct Market Research To Identify Potential Acquisition Targets And Strategic Opportunities
- Develop Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Investment Bankers, Lawyers, And Industry Experts
