Job Responsibilities
- Business Development and Customer Acquisition
Conduct in-depth market research on Indonesia’s mining company and data center industry, including energy consumption patterns, infrastructure status, policy support for de-carbonization, and natural resource conditions (solar, wind, etc.), to identify market pain points and business opportunities.
Develop and implement targeted business development plans, proactively reach out to key mining groups and data center operators in Indonesia, and promote customised green energy solutions (PV+Storage, micro-grids, hydrogen energy supporting systems, etc.) to meet their green energy transformation needs.Establish and maintain strategic cooperative relationships with local Indonesian governments (energy, industry departments), industry associations, and domestic / international investors, to support project development during the whole life cycle.Project Cooperation and Solution DesignLead the cross-functional team (technical, investment, legal, etc.) to design scenario-adapted green energy solutions, ensuring solutions balance technical feasibility, economic benefits, and compliance with local regulations (e.g., grid connection policies, environmental standards).
Compile high-quality feasibility study reports for key projects, including technical route demonstration, investment return analysis, carbon emission reduction calculation, and risk assessment, to support customer decision-making and project approval.Drive the full life cycle management of projects from preliminary negotiation to contract signing, coordinate resource allocation, and solve key issues in project promotion (e.g., land acquisition, permit application) to ensure projects advance as scheduled.Project Management and Team CollaborationManage the entire project cycle, control key milestone such as project technical demonstration, commercial negotiation and contract execution, and ensure the on-time and high-quality delivery of projects.
Collaborate with departments such as Investment Analysis, EPC Technical Support and Project Delivery to ensure efficient connection of project requirements and technical solutions and promote project implementation.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mining Engineering, Project Management, or related majors.At least 8-10 years of experience in renewable energy project development, with at least 3-5 years of experience in the Indonesian market or Southeast Asian market; experience in mining industry energy transformation or data center green energy projects is a core advantage.Profound understanding of green energy technologies (photovoltaic, energy storage, hydrogen energy) and their application scenarios in mining and data centers, and ability to lead the design of solutions that match scenario needs.Proficient in Indonesian market policies (renewable energy, mining, taxation) and project operation processes (permit application, grid connection, land approval), with successful experience in promoting large-scale new energy projects to land.Skilled in using project management tools and financial analysis methods, with the ability to conduct investment return calculations and risk assessments for projects.Good risk awareness and problem-solving ability, able to cope with the challenges of complex and changing international markets.Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently connect with local enterprises, government departments and industrial chain partners.
