We are seeking a highly skilled and service focused IT Support Specialist to join our global IT team.
In this role, you will provide technical support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of issues and optimal performance of systems. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting computer technical and performance issues, configuring and installing software, and delivering clear, effective technical assistance across multiple platforms and devices. You will work closely with colleagues across multiple regions, leveraging your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and commitment to delivering an exceptional end-user experience.
What You Will Do : End-User Support
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for remote employees.
- Troubleshoot issues with laptops, desktops, VPN, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices.
- Handle onboarding / offboarding tasks.
- Manage support tickets and participate in on-call rotation.
- Assist with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic network services.
- Perform administrative tasks in AWS (EC2, IAM, S3).
- Collaborate with System Administrators for cloud troubleshooting.
