Job Description

• Perform tax verification on incoming invoices to ensure tax compliance with prevailing tax regulations.
• Issue commercial and tax invoices
• Prepare monthly tax compliance for Withholding Tax (WHT) and Value Added Tax (VAT).
• Perform monthly reconciliation between tax reports figure and general ledger accounts
• Prepare monthly in-house Corporate Income Tax (CIT) calculations.
• Support in the preparation of supporting documents, yearly reconciliation, and other data required for Annual CIT Return Submission / Tax Audit / Litigation for corporate tax and VAT
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all tax-related records
• Stay up to date with changes in tax regulations & represent the company in meeting with Tax Auditors
