The Regional Centre of Excellence (COE) drives operational excellence through process optimization and tech-driven improvements. The Planning & Strategic Projects (PSP) team oversees COE governance, future planning, and key initiatives, and serves as the main regional operations contact for product teams to enhance merchant and driver partner experiences.

Get to Know the Role

You will work with cross-functional and country-specific teams to implement projects that enhance business efficiency and improve customer and partner experiences. Your duties include collecting data, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing effective operational solutions. You will support the team in making strategic, data-driven decisions and assist in developing dashboards and data visualizations to ensure high operational efficiency and an excellent user experience. This role is based onsite in Jakarta and reports to the Regional Platform Safety Manager.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Analyze rich user behavioral data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive Grab’s quality frameworks and operational efficiency, contributing to continuous improvement decisions.
• Develop and communicate insights and recommended actions to stakeholders to manage risk through effective data visualization.
• Develop and improve frameworks and their data pipelines, policies, and processes related to user experiences.
• Drive standardization and documentation of processes, ensuring changes are communicated to all stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with country and regional stakeholders to gather input and execute new policies and processes.
• Support ad hoc tasks assigned by the team.
