Job Description

Responsible for developing, enhancing, and managing products that meet customer needs and comply with regulatory requirements. Works closely with actuarial, marketing, operations, legal and compliance teams to support end to end processes.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of life insurance products (protection, investment-linked, group, credit life, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with good business acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creativity in designing customer-centrics solutions.
• Team collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with insurance regulation (OJK rules) is an advantage.
