Inventory Planner

Responsibilities

• Monitor and co-ordinates on material shortages, expediting and ensuring material availability to support production plan
• Maintain and improve systems, processes and workflow to maximize accurate inventory records
• Check and ensure completeness and consistency of purchase orders, contracts and shipping lists for the entire inventory process
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Ensure the whole supply chain is in order so as to smoothen the operation
• Maintain inventory level as per forecast on a monthly basis and ensure safety stock level to prevent any shortage issue
• Generate report of Forecast vs actual order, as feedback to commercial team to provide agreed material purchase plan in monthly basis

Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.

Experience : 3–4 years in inventory planning, material planning, or supply chain management (manufacturing background preferred).
