• is looking for a
• AI / ML Engineer
• to develop advanced analytics and AI-powered solutions. This role combines traditional data science and machine learning expertise with modern large language model (LLM) engineering. Ideal for those who not only analyze and model data but also adapt, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based services in on-prem or private server environments.
• Responsibilities
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), hypothesis testing, and statistical modeling
• Build and validate machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, and recommendation systems
• Research, evaluate, and fine-tune LLMs (Hugging Face, Ollama, Llama.cpp, etc.) for enterprise use cases
• Apply prompt engineering and optimize LLM interactions for accuracy and efficiency
• Build and deploy API-based services (FastAPI / Flask) to serve ML / LLM models in production
• Design data pipelines to support ML training and inference, optimized for local / on-prem environments
• Integrate vector databases (Qdrant, Weaviate, Milvus) for RAG-based applications
• Monitor and optimize model performance (ML & LLM), scalability, and reliability under concurrent workloads
• Collaborate with engineers, BI teams, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and AI-driven features## Requirements
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Statistics, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch / TensorFlow, Transformers)
• Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing
• Proficiency in SQL and handling structured / unstructured data
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, embeddings, RAG, prompt design)
• Familiarity with FastAPI, Docker, and deployment in on-prem / server environments
• Experience with vector databases for semantic search and retrieval
• Strong problem-solving, experimentation mindset, and ability to explain results to technical & non-technical audiences
