Human Capital Project Officer

We’re hiring a Human Capital Project Officer to manage end‑to‑end payroll processes accurately, timely, and in compliance with tax and labor regulations. This role also supports system improvement projects, payroll audits, and employee benefits administration to ensure smooth and compliant payroll operations.

Work Location : Head Office, South Jakarta

Reporting Line : Employee Relations Lead

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing end‑to‑end payroll processes, preferably in Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or large service‑based companies.
Good knowledge of :

Taxation (PPh 21), labor law, and BPJS Health & Employment compliance.

Payroll accrual, payroll audit, and actuarial reporting.

Good skills of :

Proven experience in payroll system implementation or migration (SAP, DarwinBox, Sunfish, Talenta, Gaji.id, etc.).

Detail‑oriented, high integrity, and confidentiality‑focused.

Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Fluent in English.

Job Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing : attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and severance.

Validate employee data accuracy and manage payroll adjustments (promotions, terminations, etc.).

Calculate and report employee income tax (PPh 21) and WLKP reports.

Administer BPJS Health and Employment registration, updates, and reporting.

Support payroll system implementation, UAT, and process improvements.

Prepare payroll accrual reports, audit support documents, and actuarial data.

Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and BPJS.

Maintain SMK3 and SML implementation to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.
