Job Responsibilities

• Support special procurement initiatives such as Halal Certification system transition, Dow Jones supplier review, and compliance-related sourcing projects.
• Work cross-functionally with Quality, Legal, R&D, and Suppliers to ensure timely project execution.
• Assist in vendor screening, document collection, and system updates for compliance projects.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to Procurement Leads.
• Provide analysis and reporting to support decision-making during the project lifecycle.
• Support any project based in Procurement Direct team.
