Plant Manager

Overview

JALA is looking for Senior Creative to design and translate ideas and concepts into compelling key visuals. In this role, you will work closely with creative leads to create all aspects of company promotions, asset designs, and template designs for the company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the Production, QA & QC, and Warehouse teams.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager in developing production plans.
• Supervise and ensure production processes are carried out according to work plans, production costs, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure all production machinery and equipment operate optimally.
• Ensure production reports are accurate, real-time, and aligned with production plans.
• Coordinate and monitor the procurement of goods required for production and mini-plant operations.
• Coordinate and monitor the fulfillment of production workforce needs.
