Overview
A pioneering K-pop training academy based in Singapore, backed by a renowned Korean entertainment company, is seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager with over 5 years of experience in marketing and recruitment to promote our academy and drive student enrollment. This role will be pivotal in building relationships with partners and the community, engaging potential students, and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience across Southeast Asia, with a focus on the Indonesian market.
This role will be based in Indonesia, with domestic and overseas travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Implementation : Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote SM Universe Academy's programs, focusing on K-pop training opportunities.
- Community and Partner Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with local schools, dance studios, and K-pop communities to enhance brand visibility and generate student interest.
- Recruitment Initiatives : Conduct outreach initiatives, including informational workshops, school visits, and community events to attract potential students and engage parents.
- Event Coordination : Plan and execute promotional events, workshops, and open houses to provide prospective students with insights into the academy's offerings.
- Social Media and Owned Channel Management : Create engaging content for our owned channels, including the website and social media platforms, while managing online interactions to foster community engagement.
- Market Research : Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and audience preferences to inform recruitment strategies and marketing efforts.
- Reporting and Analysis : Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Over 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, recruitment, or community engagement, preferably within the education or entertainment sectors.Strong understanding of K-pop culture and its audience within Indonesia.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences.Demonstrated experience in executing successful marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a self-starter attitude and a results-oriented mindset.Preferred Skills
