The Position

Medical Director

As Medical Director, you will inspire, empower, and lead the Medical Chapter to deliver better outcomes for more patients, faster. You will be responsible for advancing scientific leadership, driving medical strategy, and strengthening governance, ensuring we meet the highest standards in medical excellence and compliance, while shaping the future of healthcare in Indonesia.

The Opportunity

• You will lead Roche Indonesia’s Medical Chapter by setting a bold vision and enabling your teams to focus on long-term, patient-centered solutions. As part of the Affiliate Leadership Team, you will bring cross-functional collaboration, scientific integrity, and a systems-thinking approach to everything you do
• Define and implement impactful medical strategies focused on value demonstration, evidence generation, and external engagement
• Represent Roche with scientific and healthcare stakeholders, including policymakers, patient groups, and external partners
• Lead cross-functional integration across regulatory, clinical, quality, safety, and compliance functions
• Empower the Medical Chapter to generate local insights, conduct clinical research, and strengthen access through robust data and partnerships
• Uphold the highest standards in medical governance, scientific communication, and digital health compliance
• Act as Roche’s Chief Medical Officer delegate for Indonesia, ensuring regulatory readiness, LTO excellence, and global alignment
• Serve as a coach and catalyst, developing mindsets and capabilities that support an empowered, high-performing medical organization
