Job Description

  • Manage The Daily Operation For Production To Optimize Product Quality And Ensure That The Targets Are Met
  • Make Sure Of The Standard And Regulations Are Followed
  • Manage And Make Sure Of The Effective Use Of Resources
  • Do Improvement For Productivity And Efficiency
  • Make Sure Of A Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program Is Implemented And Carried Out

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related
  • Conversational English proficiency (able to communicate for report, and understand written / oral command
  • Min. 3 years as Manager level, with 8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry handling sulphonation process and production of fatty acid methyl ester sulfonates, sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium laureth sulfate
  • Good leadership skill, good interpersonal skill, smart
