Key accountabilities and performance indicators include:
- Develop and execute annual brand plans and marketing strategies for assigned OTC products.
- Lead the planning and implementation of consumer-focused campaigns across digital and traditional channels (ATL, BTL, and TTL).
- Leading Brand/Business development in Medical Channel in collaboration with Internal and external parties
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and strategic actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Medical, R&D, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
- Oversee new product launches, packaging updates, and promotional material development in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and manage brand performance metrics, including market share, sales, profitability, and brand health indicators.
- Optimize marketing budget allocation to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners such as advertising agencies, media, research firms, and distributors.
- Ensure that all marketing activities and communication materials meet local pharmaceutical advertising regulations and corporate policies.
- Driving Marketing communication and Media/Digital Marketing Strategies for the assigned OTC categories in collaboration with Internal and external parties.
Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, pharmacy, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in brand or product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of OTC product dynamics, consumer behavior, and retail channels.
- Experience doing Medical Marketing
- Strong Understanding of Media and Digital marketing (incl social media and Influencers)
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
