Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce or marketing agency, with at least 3 years in managerial roles.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through integrated marketing, sales, and communication strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing research, placement, budget planning, and strategic reporting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to inspire and develop cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Zalora, Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, Shopify, Magento, etc.), analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI dashboards), and digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, SimilarWeb, Google Trends, Alexa, SEMrush, or similar).
- Experience in global or regional e-commerce projects.
- Knowledge of emerging digital trends, AI-driven marketing tools, and automation.
- Proven ability to foster innovation and continuous improvement in project management practices.
