What we’re looking for

We’re seeking a talented, endlessly curious individual to join our Product team . Our platform powers a rapidly scaling B2B fintech business that processes over US$2B in annual transaction volume - and growing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, takes full ownership of outcomes, and is passionate about building products that help global merchants expand into emerging markets. You’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing product strategies for multi-currency, alternative payment solutions, designed for complex and fragmented payment ecosystems. If you’re motivated by solving meaningful challenges, excited by cross-functional collaboration, and eager to define the future of payments in underserved markets, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall product vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Use data-driven decision-making and customer discovery efforts to optimize platform performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure the platform’s scalability to handle increasing transaction volumes.
• Oversee compliance with payment regulations, security standards, and industry best practices.
