About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive – Horeca to join our team in Bali. This role focuses on developing relationships with hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other hospitality clients, driving sales of premium tableware, ceramics, and lifestyle products. The ideal candidate combines industry knowledge, strong client management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional solutions to the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with distributors, hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality chains in Bali and surrounding areas.
- Promote and sell tableware, ceramics, and related products tailored for the hospitality industry.
- Understand client needs and offer customized solutions to enhance their guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and excellent service.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, tracking performance and reporting results.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand client base and strengthen brand presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality (Horeca) industry or lifestyle products.Strong network within hotels, resorts, and restaurants in Bali is a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.Results‑driven with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, procurement processes, and customer expectations.Able to travel locally within Bali and occasional regional travel if required.Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
