Uraian Tugas

Senior Backend Developer (Financial Technology)

Design, develop, maintain and optimise server-side logic, APIs and database structures to support product features and business workflows.
Integrate the front-end user-facing elements developed by the FE team with backend services.
Ensure high performance, scalability, security, and reliability of backend applications and data systems.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use; document backend services and maintain clean architecture.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, DevOps, FE engineers and QA to deliver new features and enhancements.
Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, manage hosting environments, perform system testing and deploy releases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Proven experience in backend development (3+ years) with languages / frameworks such as Java, Python, Go, Node.js, or .NET.

Strong understanding of databases (relational and NoSQL), API design (RESTful / GraphQL), microservices architecture, and system performance optimization.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure), containerisation (Docker / Kubernetes), monitoring tools and CI / CD practices.

Excellent debugging, problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Experience in financial technology / payments industry is a plus.
