Overview

Strategic Partnership role requiring Mandarin language skills. Primary duties and responsibilities include :

• Strategic Partner Identification and Acquisition : Proactively identify, approach, and establish new partnerships with Mandarin-speaking companies, investors, or key stakeholders.
• Relationship Development and Maintenance : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new partners. This includes serving as the primary point of contact for all communication.
• Negotiation and Deal Closing : Lead the negotiation process for contracts and partnership terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for all parties.
• Communication Bridge : Facilitate smooth and effective communication between internal teams and Mandarin-speaking partners, including providing translation and interpretation services as needed in high-level meetings or presentations.
• Market Analysis and Strategy : Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the Mandarin-speaking market. Based on this analysis, assist in formulating partnership strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other internal teams such as sales, marketing, product, and legal to ensure the smooth implementation and success of partnership programs.
• Reporting and Performance Evaluation : Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance based on established key metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for partnership optimization.
