The Strategic Talent Partner will play a critical role in sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent for both our Indonesian and Indian operations, specifically within the financial services sector. • Talent Acquisition Expertise : Develop and drive talent acquisition strategies specifically for the financial services sector, ensuring alignment with budget constraints and organizational goals for both Indonesia and India.
• Network & Sourcing Specialist : Build and leverage relationships with top headhunting agencies and recruitment networks to attract high-caliber talent, particularly for tech and non-tech roles across various levels in financial services.
• Multicultural Collaboration : Demonstrate multicultural competence by working effectively in diverse environments, adapting communication and engagement strategies to suit the cultural context of each region.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize analytical skills to guide recruitment processes, applying insights from hiring metrics, salary benchmarking, and market trends to optimize talent acquisition.
• Candidate Journey Champion : Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by managing expectations, following SLA guidelines, and maintaining an efficient interview process to foster strong employer branding.
• Stakeholder Partner : Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, providing recruitment insights and fostering collaborative relationships with leadership and hiring managers to meet the organization’s growth goals.

Indepay Networks is a global financial technology company, working towards creating a global payment network for the financially excluded clients. It is an alternate payment platform offering holistic solutions to sponsor banks, small merchants, and unbanked and under-banked citizens of various emerging markets. The new payment network will engage multiple banks as issuance members and the primary bank to perform as the settlement and merchant acquiring bank in the said country. This will enable low cost interchange model for the participating merchants accepting remittance (domestic & international) transactions, prepaid, content services, utility transactions and other banking services like withdrawal, deposit and collections.

Indepay Networks is institutionalizing the concept of interoperability for under-served clientele through correspondent banking engagement format in India, and Indonesia, which includes driving regulatory and industry dialogue, and developing product and market strategy in line with the evolving economic landscape.

Our payment services platform provides end-to-end managed issuance and acquiring capabilities to enterprise customers, home users, banks, modern retail chains and un-organized / rural retail merchants by connecting to multiple banks, payment gateways, and payment associations. The Indepay Gateway empowers distribution and merchant management alongside real-time payment settlement services for all its partnering members where our technology framework acts as an aggregator of transactions and accordingly every collaborating merchant gets the income instantaneously.
