Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead

PT. Good Sale Tech was established in 2019 and focuses on the Beauty and Health Industry. PT Good Sale Tech has developed over 10 beauty products including Makeup, Skincare, Body care and Fragrance. Moreover, Good Sale Tech successfully developed its businesses in Indonesia, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Leader with at least 5 year of experience. This role combines talent acquisition with brand communication to attract and engage top candidates.

Placement : WFO, South Jakarta

Key Responsibilities :

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across departments.

Maximize strategy of source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.

Support employer branding through content creation, job ads, and career campaigns.

Monitor hiring metrics and maintain candidate pipelines.

Help organize recruitment events, job fairs, or employer branding activities.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, or relevant field.

Minimum 5 year of experience in recruitment.

Experience in Sales recruitment is a strong plus.

Strong sourcing and interviewing skills across multiple job functions.

Familiarity with job platforms and social media recruitment tools.

Good communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Creative mindset with interest in employer branding strategies.
