Laboratory Technician (F&B), Indonesia (1-Year Contract)

The Position

• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and ensure proper upkeep of lab tools and equipment on a daily basis
• Replenish and manage stock levels of flavors and raw materials as needed
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of flavors and raw materials
• Compound flavors and / or prepare application samples for internal tastings and customer submissions
• Support technical and consumer evaluation tests including sample preparation, equipment setup and data collection
• Verify flavor status, solubility, harmonization, ingredient permissibility, halal certification and labeling using internal systems
• Update and manage the flavor collection data files
• Assist with sample submission and dispatch processes including packing, documentation, tracking and Sample Order Management requests
• Provide support during customer visits when required
