Uraian TugasCreating product formulations and claims that align with Tentang Anak's objectives and meet consumer needs. Maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the development process. Coordinate with specialist doctors and other experts to strategically develop evidence-based ingredient formulations that effectively address the needs and preferences of the target audience. Manage product sampling processes for early-stage products, refining prototypes to meet quality, performance, and regulatory standards. Work closely with internal teams to ensure product prototypes are ready for launch. Conduct panel tests to gather insights and feedback from various audiences, ensuring the product aligns with consumer expectations and needs. Manage project timeline, key milestones, and resource distribution to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory bodies, for efficient approvals and production. Confirm that all production, quality control, regulatory, and marketing requirements are met prior to product launch. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all necessary documentation, certifications, and logistical elements are in place, ensuring the product is fully ready for market entry. Minimum 2-3 years in Product Development / Research Development / Project Management within consumer goods, personal care, or pharmaceutical industries. Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical formulation and regulatory processes is a plus. Demonstrated capability and related previous working experience in launching successful products in the market. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, collaboration, and detail-oriented skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
