Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to manage client relationships, work on high-impact recruitment assignments, and contribute to the business's growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their hiring needs, business objectives, and company culture to deliver customized recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment : Leverage various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, and direct recruitment to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates for senior and executive-level roles.
• End-to-End Recruitment Process : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting candidates, presenting candidates to clients, and coordinating the offer negotiation process.
• Pipeline Management : Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to meet future recruitment needs, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified talent for ongoing and upcoming roles.
• Advisory Role : Provide expert consultation to clients and candidates on market conditions, interview preparation, hiring trends, and career opportunities.
• Reporting & Metrics : Monitor recruitment performance metrics and deliver regular updates to management and clients on the progress of searches and successful placements.
