We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Commercial to lead and integrate Wholesale and Retail & Online department.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Business Planning :
Activating, analyze each Commercial unit including Wholesale, merchandising, online and offline retail sales and other commercial - business development factors
Develop and implement the overall commercial strategy for the company, aligning Wholesale and Retail / Online objectives.Define and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPI's for both departments.Conduct thorough market analysis, monitor industry trends, and identify new growth opportunities.Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the commercial division.Wholesale Department :Develop and manage the wholesale strategy, including channel segmentation, account management, and partnership development.
Lead, mentor, and expand the wholesale sales team to exceed sales targets.Analyze wholesale sales data to optimize performance and identify areas for expansion or improvement.Retail & Online :Define and execute the omni-channel strategy, ensuring a seamless and brand-consistent customer experience.
Oversee all aspects of the e-commerce business, including website management, digital marketing, customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and logistics.Drive customer retention and loyalty programs across both physical and digital channels.Utilize data analytics to understand customer behavior and optimize the product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities.Cross-Functional Collaboration :Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute integrated brand campaigns, trade marketing initiatives, and digital marketing strategies that support both wholesale and retail goals.
Partner with the Finance team on budgeting, financial reporting, and pricing analysis.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.Minimum of 10 years of progressive commercial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple sales channels (preferable from F&B industry)Proven and successful track record in managing both B2B (Wholesale) and B2C (Retail & E-commerce) operations.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful commercial strategies that have driven significant revenue growth.Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
