Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to expand our business by securing new clients, partnerships, and revenue opportunities for our Cafe, bars, nightclubs, hotels, and restaurants . You will be responsible for identifying leads, building strong relationships, and closing deals to drive sales and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients (event organizers, corporate clients, hospitality partners, travel agencies, influencers, etc.).
- Pitch and sell our venue offerings for events, partnerships, group bookings, and VIP services.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and exclusive deals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience in HorecaStrong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.In-depth knowledge of Jakarta’s hospitality and entertainment scene.Ability to handle rejections and turn them into business opportunities.Seniority level
