Position Job Scope including, but not limited to :
- Map current business process to make sure it's formally documented, mainly but not limited to : post-order journey
- Gather and examine feedback on process performance from users
- Assess area of intervention of current business process to improve its efficiency and effectiveness
- Design and drive the development of new business process strategies, policies, and guidelines, working closely with commercial and product team
- Support on trial and monitoring of business process to adhere to new company policies and procedure
- Continuously iterate business process with commercial and product team to ensure a smooth and scalable daily process
