Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Trader to join our dynamic trading team at OSL. As a Sales Trader, you will assist in executing cryptocurrency trades, monitoring market trends, and supporting senior traders in decision-making processes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in finance, cryptocurrencies, and the fast-paced world of digital assets. Location : Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing buy and sell orders across various cryptocurrency markets.
  • Monitor market trends, news, and events to identify trading opportunities.
  • Support the trading team with daily tasks such as risk management and portfolio tracking.
  • Analyze price charts, trading volumes, and market sentiment to inform trading strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior traders to develop and implement trading strategies.
  • Maintain and update internal reports on trading activity, market conditions, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal trading policies and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Continuously learn about new developments in the cryptocurrency space and trading techniques.

Qualifications

  • Min 3 years of relevant experience, with Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in financial markets, particularly cryptocurrencies.
  • Basic understanding of trading concepts, financial markets, and market analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with trading platforms or software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
