Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Trader to join our dynamic trading team at OSL. As a Sales Trader, you will assist in executing cryptocurrency trades, monitoring market trends, and supporting senior traders in decision-making processes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in finance, cryptocurrencies, and the fast-paced world of digital assets. Location : Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Assist in executing buy and sell orders across various cryptocurrency markets.
Monitor market trends, news, and events to identify trading opportunities.
Support the trading team with daily tasks such as risk management and portfolio tracking.
Analyze price charts, trading volumes, and market sentiment to inform trading strategies.
Collaborate with senior traders to develop and implement trading strategies.
Maintain and update internal reports on trading activity, market conditions, and performance.
Ensure compliance with internal trading policies and external regulatory guidelines.
Continuously learn about new developments in the cryptocurrency space and trading techniques.

Qualifications

Min 3 years of relevant experience, with Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Strong interest in financial markets, particularly cryptocurrencies.

Basic understanding of trading concepts, financial markets, and market analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with trading platforms or software is a plus.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Must be fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
