Key responsibilities :
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack's products and solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structures / deals.
- Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms.
- Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission.
- Use CRM to its full potential to report, measure, and control sales inputs and outcomes.
What we're looking for :
Proven track record of successful new business development in the B2B sales environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence senior-level stakeholdersHunter mentality, always hungry for new sales opportunities.Minimum 3+ years experience in sales B2B (Automotive, Leasing, IT, SaaS, Fleet company)Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approachDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve ambitious targetsProactive, results-driven and highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and business growthFluency in EnglishSeniority level
