Role at a glance : The Customer Success Manager on the Scale & Growth Team is the main point of contact for the client throughout the client experience cycle. CSMs provide guidance on optimizing internal processes to drive growth while using Deel’s product adoption to support a remote global workforce. Clients on this team are Tier 3, managing up to 200 accounts (initial scope, with potential increase based on capacity).

Responsibilities

• Project management
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience (Support, Product, Sales & Engineering)
• Maintain knowledge of where Deel is hiring and the services Deel provides (payroll, HR, Product, etc.)
• Set up outreach campaigns for the customer base
• Prevent and reduce churn
• Grow relationships with a larger book of clients and promote their growth at Deel
