Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Promote and develop sales opportunities of assigned market approached to ensure sales target achieved.
• Identify and establish new business opportunity in the assigned market, and ensure successfully market penetration and development.
• Establish and build strong relationship within ecosystem on assigned market
• Create market awareness through technical seminar of our products and provide solution to expand and accelerate business growth.
• Coordination with Technical Department in case technical support will be needed.
• Ensure that the CRM system is actively used in day to day activities, specifically to update and monitored Project pipeline opportunity.
• Coordinate with the Credit control department for payment administration.
• Attend all necessary project site meetings when required in order to ensure smooth hand over.
• Conduct regular visits to customers in order to maintain good rapport as well as to solicit feedback on the effectiveness of the products, services / support and other market information.
• Prepare working quotation as requested by customer, negotiating, and closing the sales of project
• Project management, by implementing client requirements and contractual obligations are made known, monitoring of project execution
