As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy, performance, and long-term sustainability of the company. You will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible not only for financial oversight but also for influencing commercial and operational decisions across all business units.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with business goals.
Oversee the end-to-end finance operations , including accounting, treasury, taxation, internal controls, and risk management.
Partner with commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams to drive cost efficiency , margin improvement , and business growth .
Provide strategic insights to support product pricing , innovation pipelines, and go-to-market strategies .
Ensure full regulatory compliance , audit readiness, and implementation of corporate governance standards .
Manage investor relations, funding strategies, and capital structure optimization .
Supervise and mentor finance teams across various functions and geographies.
Lead M&A evaluations , business case analysis, and post-deal integrations (if any).
Implement and enhance financial systems and automation tools to improve reporting accuracy and speed.
Serve as a business partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, providing data-driven recommendations.
Requirements :
Proven experience as CFO in a multinational FMCG company or similar leadership role in finance.
Strong exposure in the consumer goods industry , ideally food or personal care category (e.g., Unilever, Diamond, Nestlé, P&G, Danone).
Track record of managing complex, fast-moving business environments with high SKU turnover and competitive pricing dynamics.
International exposure : Experience managing or reporting across multi-country finance teams, especially in APAC / SEA or EMEA.
Exceptional strategic thinking, financial modeling, and business acumen.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and modern BI / financial planning tools.
Strong understanding of costing, pricing strategies, margin control, and cashflow optimization .
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or CPA / CA is highly preferred.
Fluent in English (written & spoken); other regional languages a plus.
