Are you passionate about the property industry and eager to gain hands-on experience? We are offering an Office Marketing Consultant position opportunity for enthusiastic and driven individuals looking to kickstart their careers in property consulting.
Key of Responsibilities :
- Assist in conducting comprehensive studies and financial analysis for tenant representation services
- Assist clients through the negotiation process to achieve advantageous lease terms
- Maintain and provide clients with services and optimal solutions during and after the process
- Act as a liaison between tenants / clients and property management
- Assist in Sole Exclusive Agent (SEA) project
- Review Letter of Intent (LOI) / Letter of Offer (LOO) / Agreement and provide the best solutions in real estate terms
- Update tenancy database
- Actively update space availability / tenancy database
- Actively source for prospects through cold calling, networking events, referrals, etc
- Organize and conduct property inspection for tenants / clients
