Key of Responsibilities :

• Assist in conducting comprehensive studies and financial analysis for tenant representation services
• Assist clients through the negotiation process to achieve advantageous lease terms
• Maintain and provide clients with services and optimal solutions during and after the process
• Act as a liaison between tenants / clients and property management
• Assist in Sole Exclusive Agent (SEA) project
• Review Letter of Intent (LOI) / Letter of Offer (LOO) / Agreement and provide the best solutions in real estate terms
• Update tenancy database
• Actively update space availability / tenancy database
• Actively source for prospects through cold calling, networking events, referrals, etc
• Organize and conduct property inspection for tenants / clients
