Job Description :

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Directorate of Treasury.
  • Assist the Chief of Treasury with daily tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and cross-departmental projects to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain organized documentation and records related to Treasury operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the Directorate of Treasury and other departments to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.
  • Monitor and follow up on action items from meetings and ensure completion.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support event planning and logistics for Treasury-related initiatives.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major with minimum 3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles, preferably in Treasury banking or financial services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data formatting).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken is a plus).
