Job descriptionProvide comprehensive administrative support to the Directorate of Treasury. Assist the Chief of Treasury with daily tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and manage internal and cross-departmental projects to ensure timely execution. Maintain organized documentation and records related to Treasury operations. Act as a liaison between the Directorate of Treasury and other departments to facilitate smooth communication. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed. Monitor and follow up on action items from meetings and ensure completion. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Support event planning and logistics for Treasury-related initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in any major with minimum 3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or related field. Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles, preferably in Treasury banking or financial services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data formatting). Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken is a plus).
