Systems & Operations Engineer

Purpose of role

Responsible for the development, maintenance, administration, and operations of systems supporting DHI’s projects in Singapore and APAC.

Key performance metrics

• Successful end-to-end delivery of new features for Operational Systems
• Continuous system and feature availability of Operational Systems
• Meeting SLA metrics for internal stakeholders (primarily M&C)

Key stakeholders

The key stakeholders are the Development / Operations team in “Software Projects,” as well as Project Managers and Leaders in M&C Singapore.

Key responsibilities

The role supports the Development / Operations team to ensure mission-critical systems perform as expected, aiming for fitness-for-purpose and continuous availability, primarily supporting Marine & Coast business out of Singapore.

Location & Mobility

The role is based in our Jakarta, Indonesia office with regular travel to Singapore for meetings.
