Responsibilities :

Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive company growth in land transportation, sea freight, warehousing, and distribution services.
Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging market trends through market research and competitor analysis.
Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key customers to secure new contracts and strengthen existing partnerships.
Handle the preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing independently, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
Negotiate agreements, contracts, and service terms directly with clients to achieve win-win results.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and company capabilities.
Manage tenders or RFPs from major corporate or government clients, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.
Monitor sales performance, revenue growth, and profit margins, ensuring targets are met in accordance with company KPIs.
Conduct analysis of business performance, market potential, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and business relationships.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development or sales within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sectors.

Strong understanding of logistics operations (sea freight, trucking, warehousing, distribution).

Proficiency in pricing calculation, cost analysis, and margin optimization.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to prepare professional business proposals and contracts.

Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.

Strong leadership, initiative, and decision-making capability.
