Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive company growth in land transportation, sea freight, warehousing, and distribution services.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging market trends through market research and competitor analysis.
  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key customers to secure new contracts and strengthen existing partnerships.
  • Handle the preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing independently, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
  • Negotiate agreements, contracts, and service terms directly with clients to achieve win-win results.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and company capabilities.
  • Manage tenders or RFPs from major corporate or government clients, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.
  • Monitor sales performance, revenue growth, and profit margins, ensuring targets are met in accordance with company KPIs.
  • Conduct analysis of business performance, market potential, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and business relationships.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development or sales within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sectors.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations (sea freight, trucking, warehousing, distribution).
  • Proficiency in pricing calculation, cost analysis, and margin optimization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prepare professional business proposals and contracts.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
  • Strong leadership, initiative, and decision-making capability.
