________________________________________About the Role :

IIX is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Associate / Senior Associate with a strong background in impact assessment, particularly in gender-lens investing and women’s empowerment.

This role requires a hands-on, results-driven individual who can manage external relationships (with donors, clients, and partners), conduct rigorous impact assessments, and contribute to high-quality reporting and analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the Women’s Livelihood Bond Series and other initiatives.
