Senior Process Engineer

Overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the mass production and introduction of new projects in the base production line, and continuously improve the excellent rate, quality and delivery
• Be responsible for abnormal analysis and problem solving of mass production line, including coating, cold pressing, winding, assembly, testing and other processes
• Be responsible for the production management, joint adjustment, release and order delivery of new projects and new cable
• Be responsible for the manufacturability verification of new processes, new materials, new cables and new equipment in mass production stage
• Responsible for preparing process documents related to mass production and maintaining manufacturing system
• Responsible for mass production line and mass production project changes, breakpoints and other tasks.
• Responsible for continuous improvement projects and horizontal development of mass production lines
• Participate in customer audit to improve customer satisfaction.
