Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s degree / Post Graduate Degree in IT or Computer Science. Graduated from a reputable university.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar position (Palm plantation experience would be an added advantage).
  • Excellent leadership capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Knowledge and expertise in team management, connectivity and network maintenance, local server room management, cybersecurity, risk management, and data privacy.
  • Has finance acumen.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all IT infrastructure is operating smoothly and follow up on infrastructure operational disruptions by providing mitigation through proactive planning and troubleshooting.
  • Proactive vendor management and vendor relationships in Indonesia.
  • Ensure that the existing operating system is always up to date and ensure that all assets are protected with antivirus following company standards.
  • Ensure the purchase of goods is by its designation and recorded in the IT asset list.
  • Ensure periodic maintenance, replacement, and elimination of assets and ensure physical destruction of assets that have been damaged are implemented.
  • Ensure user complaints are resolved properly and periodically provide reports on the result of customer support work.
  • Ensure vendor performance results in providing good services and ensure periodic vendor performance reviews are implemented.
  • Supervise subordinates; several Senior Manager, Manager, and below.
