Uraian TugasProven experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or Head of Tech Strong background in agile product development and sprint cycles Experience managing or mentoring engineers Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally, especially in internal product roles Data-driven mindset with strong documentation habits Comfortable operating in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments Familiar with the following tech stack : Backend : Golang Frontend : React, Next.js, React Native Mobile : Expo Database : PostgreSQL Cloud : Google Cloud Platform Understanding of ERP systems and / or construction industry workflows 1-3 years of experience in property or construction tech is a plus

- Act as Product Manager for Technology, gathering requirements from internal departments and translating them into scalable tech solutions
- Manage product timelines and agile sprints, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact
- Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team; conduct code reviews and pair programming as needed
- Maintain high software engineering standards and documentation practices
- Identify and solve pain points across departments by building practical, user-focused tools
- Ensure systems are designed with scalability and maintainability in mind, without over-engineering
- Coordinate closely with the CEO, remaining calm under pressure and focused on solutions
