JOB MISSION :

To deliver value-added HR functions to management and employees to meet the business objectives of the organization.

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS :

HR Business Partnering :

• Contribute to key internal clients in Indonesia in achieving their respective goals from the HR perspective.
• Partner with stakeholders by providing HR advice and counsel in terms of HR Solutions.
• Work closely with the Global & APAC HR Team for consistency and alignment in HR practices.
• Be the HR touchpoint for employees in Indonesia.
• Manage the labor relations and represent the company with local authorities.
• Contribute along with business stakeholders for the establishment of a robust Health and Safety policy and procedures.
• Participate in the Annual HR Budget for Indonesia.
• Assist in payroll process for accurate payments and mandatory contributions.

Requirements

EDUCATIONAL / AREAS OF EXPERTISE AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE :

Proficient in English and Indonesian.

Working Location : Jakarta.
